2. BODY POSTURE ANALYSIS
Body posture analysis is a key factorwhen selecting excercise that you need, as well
as creating a good training plan for you. The analysis
identifies disbalances, limitations and asymmetries in your
posture which can have negative impact on your health,
fitness achievements and everyday life.
Vast majority of people nowadays have some
postural disbalances and movement dysfunctions.
However, we tend to look for help only when the pain
is present and starts impairing our life - i.e. when
the damage has already been done.
3. TRAINING PLAN
All of us are very similar, but at the same time,very different and unique. We don’t have the same goals
and limits. Keeping that in mind, a stretch or an exercise
that’s beneficial for one person can be counterproductive,
or even dangerous for the other.
A good training plan cannot be “one-size-fits-all”.
It must cover your personal wishes, your posture, but also
prevent and care for any pre-existing injuries
and chronic conditions.
That is why every one of our training plans is created
as per your individual needs.
4. NUTRITION AND SUPPLEMENTATION
Similar to the training plan, nutritionand supplementation plan has to fit your
personal needs. It has to be aligned with your
daily routine and made to fit your
physiological needs.
We’ll teach you how to achieve maximum results
with minimal effort, without unnecessary
restrictions and starvation.
Daily guidance and simple recepies will make
the process easy and pain free.
5. IMPLEMENTATION
Once the collected data has been processed andthe initial plan created, we can start to implement it.
By tracking the results and individual reactions,
the plan can evolve and align with your wishes and
possibilities furthermore. It is dynamic and it changes
according to client’s results and needs.
Continuous communication and support systems make
it easier to stick to the plan and overcome
potential difficulties.
